TiE is a Global, not for profit network of entrepreneurs and professionals, dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship. Our greatest strength is our network through 45 chapters in 10 countries (13 in India) and 12,000+ members worldwide. We make continuous efforts to interconnect this network in a way that allows us to deliver real value to all our constituents. 

TiE Mumbai is one of the very active & vibrant chapters within the TiE network.  Over years, the chapter has grown from strength to strength on the basis of strong fundamental achievements.

In India TiE delivers our single-minded focus on the mission of fostering entrepreneurship and wealth creation, through a triple A-program viz;

Advocacy
	e.g. advocating the role/cause of entrepreneurs at both macro & micro levels to facilitate a conducive eco-system for entrepreneurship
Awareness
	through education and sharing insights into the entrepreneurial mindset
Assistance
	through active mentoring with other experienced entrepreneurs and support system like VCs, service providers

Our Programs

With a run rate of about 3 quality programs per productive month, TiE Mumbai believes in offering planned value delivery to entrepreneurs through regular programs (mentioned below), which are also great platforms for networking:

TiE Institute Knowledge Series – This monthly program offers entrepreneurs with experience based entrepreneurial insights in key challenge areas to develop informed, value-centered entrepreneurs, rendered by faculty of Star Entrepreneurs, professionals, academicians & from TiE Charter Members and their networks cultivated over the years. With the vision to be ‘the entrepreneur’s center of learning’, TiE Institute has so far held successful, experience based entrepreneurial learnings in various challenge areas ranging from Starting-up, to Scaling-up, Financing, Marketing, Managing Human Resources, to planning Exit!

My Story Sessions - My story sessions deliver experiences across the entrepreneurial spectrum from successful start-ups to established enterprises to stories of serial entrepreneurs.  These are regular experience sharing sessions with successful entrepreneurs who share their inspirational account of successes & challenges faced.  The Leaders and Legends is a version of my story where we invite iconic entrepreneurs who define and inspire the entrepreneurial spirit through their vision and achievements.

Entrepreneur Nurturing Program (ENP) – This monthly program is a continuous, collaborative and inclusive mentoring initiative that enables TiE Members to seek holistic guidance in key enterprise challenge areas through a series of structured multi-activity mentor-mentee engagements.  Participating mentors are primarily from the TiE Charter member base who are established Entrepreneurs, Professionals & Academicians and its network of professional contacts with experience across domains & dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship.

TiE Over Coffee & More – This is an exclusive networking initiative wherein every fortnight a Charter Member hosts breakfast at a place of their choice & invite 4-5 Charter Members & 10-15 Associate Members (on first come basis) to pick up a topic of discussion or a free interaction within the group.

Global VC platforms and delegations - TiE has a rich and active association with the capital community. We regularly create interactive platforms through programs and VC delegations, to connect the entrepreneurs with the VC/funding community either for capital access or orientation.

TiE Women - ‘TiE Women’ is a forum for women entrepreneurs to share thoughts, experiences, challenges and opportunities. It is also a forum that creates trust-based partnerships through active networking.  The objective of TiE Women is to create a platform of ‘belonging’ for women entrepreneurs.

Our Members

TiE Mumbai’s strength of 350+ members forms a strong network across domains and industries!  This network consists of many participants in the entrepreneurial ecosystem – successful & experienced as well as budding entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, angel investors, service providers, etc.
